I went to Mexico in April because two of our good friends were getting married there and my husband was a groomsman. While I was not the lead photographer, of course...I had my camera and couldn't help but to take a couple shots of my own. :-)

Veronica

This is my niece, Veronica. I can' t believe she's a senior already! I still remember her as a little girl with pigtails and look at her now! We got together one Saturday morning for her senior portraits in Downtown Austin. It was so much fun! We walked all over the place just to find the perfect spots & I think we did. Isn't she gorgeous? Congratulations on your upcoming graduation, girl!

Cool Little Moth

I was standing outside my house the other night and I nearly bumped into this thing. I couldn't believe how big it was! I also couldn't get over the unusual markings on it's wings. It almost looks like 2 other bugs are sitting on them. It was the weirdest & most beautiful moth I'd ever seen. I stared at it for the longest time trying to figure it out and then I finally went to grab the camera. Now, I have him to look at forever. :-)

It's not often that I get pictures of me taking pictures, but during one of my sessions, a couple people took pictures with their cell phones and e-mailed them to me. I thought..."Cool!" It's awesome to see what you look like in your own element. So I was pretty excited and wanted to share. Hope all is well with everyone and that you have an awesome weekend!
